Match Postponed or Cancelled: If a match is postponed and not resumed within the specified period (typically 24 hours for football), all bets will be voided and the full amount refunded to your account balance.
Erroneous Odds: 9naga reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error (for example, odds of 100.00 on a standard match). 9naga's decision on such matters is final.
In-Play Betting: For live match betting, odds may change or betting may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match. Any bets confirmed before an odds change will be honoured at the odds recorded at the time of confirmation.
